What is BusinessX?
BusinessX is an inventory and sales tracker for small shops, on Android and iPhone (listed on the stores as "Daily Sales Profit & Inventory"). You add your items, record each sale, and see stock and real profit, offline and with no sign-up. It records stock, sales and profit; it does not issue bills or take payments.
Does BusinessX work without internet?
Yes, completely. BusinessX is built offline-first: adding stock, recording sales, checking profit and viewing reports all work with no signal at all. Nothing waits on a connection, which matters if your shop sits in a basement, a market lane or anywhere the network drops out during the busiest hours. When you are back online, sync and backup catch up on their own.

BusinessX is free to download and use, with no sign-up. Optional in-app purchases (Premium) add extras such as cloud backup and sync, sharing with staff, more shops and exports. The app shows what Premium includes before you buy anything.
Is there a BusinessX version for Windows PC or Mac?
Not yet. BusinessX is on Android and iPhone today, and Mac and Windows versions are planned. You can join the waiting list and we will email you once, when the desktop version is ready.

No. BusinessX opens straight into the app with no sign-up, no phone number and no email required. You can use the whole app without ever logging in.
What is BusinessX called on the Google Play Store?
BusinessX is listed on the Google Play Store and the Apple App Store as "Daily Sales Profit & Inventory". BusinessX is the brand name; the store listing is named for what the app does, so search for either.
Does BusinessX sync between phones?
Yes. Sales and stock changes show up instantly on every phone that shares your shop, so the counter phone and the owner's phone always show the same numbers. A phone that is offline catches up as soon as it reconnects.

Yes. You invite staff by email, and they can always record sales. You choose whether they can also edit stock (add, change, restock and delete items) and whether they can see profit; both are off by default, and you can remove someone's access at any time.
Owner and staff access →Can I manage more than one shop in BusinessX?
Yes. You can run up to 3 shops from one account and switch between them inside the app, so each shop keeps its own stock and sales records.

Your books move with you. BusinessX saves every sale to your BusinessX Cloud backup as you make it, so on a new phone you sign in and your shop, items and sales history come back instead of starting over.
Who makes BusinessX?
BusinessX is built by Saiyamlabs Private Limited, a technology firm founded by Shrey Jain that builds its own products and also takes on contract engineering and end-to-end product development for other companies. BusinessX is one of its two live apps, alongside SaiyamAI.
